Atlanta’s and Boston’s energy teams switch places to find opportunities for savings throughout each other’s city in the third season of the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE’s) reality-show-style Web series, “SWAP.”

“SWAP 3” mirrors the goal of the DOE’s Better Buildings Challenge, an initiative launched in 2011 to improve the efficiency of American commercial, institutional, multifamily, and industrial buildings by 20 percent or more over 10 years.
