HPAC Engineering Advisor Establishes New Firm

Longtime HPAC Engineering Editorial Advisory Board member Gerald J. Williams, PE, LEED AP, is co-founder of a new firm specializing in the analysis and design of mechanical and electrical building systems for optimum efficiency, St. Louis-based 8760 Engineering LLC.

Williams, who has more than 35 years of experience in the design, analysis, and commissioning of HVAC systems, serves as executive vice president. He is joined by Eric Utterson, PE, LEED AP, president; Christopher Chivetta, PE, LEED AP, managing partner; Erich Blaufuss, PE, senior vice president; and John Moran, senior designer.

The firm's name reflects the principals' mission of energy-conscious design every hour of the year (365 days × 24 hr a day = 8,760 hr).
