The Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) has announced that actor and energy activist Ed Begley Jr. has been added to the keynote opening conference session for the West Coast Energy Management Congress & Expo to be held June 10 to 11 in Long Beach, Calif.

The Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) has announced that actor and energy activist Ed Begley Jr. has been added to the keynote opening conference session for the West Coast Energy Management Congress & Expo scheduled for June 10 to 11 in Long Beach, Calif.

Begley joins other opening conference address speakers, including Ralph Cavanagh, senior attorney and co-director of the Natural Resources Defense Council’s Energy Program; Alan J. Fohrer, chairman and chief executive officer of Southern California Edison; and Lynda Ziegler, senior vice president of customer service for Southern California Edison.

Seminars include “Fundamentals of Energy Auditing,” “Fundamentals of Carbon Reduction: Reducing the Carbon Footprint of Your Organization,” “Comprehensive 5-Day Training Program for Business Energy Professionals,” “Fundamentals of Measurement & Verification: Applying the IPVMP,” and “Fundamentals of Power Quality.”
