Boilers with O2 monitoring
The Benchmark series of high-efficiency boilers has been expanded to include the BMK 750 and BMK 1000, with inputs of 750,000 and 1 million Btuh, respectively. Both units are equipped with a patent-pending oxygen-monitoring system that displays the O2 level directly on the unit in real time and can be remotely monitored via Modbus to allow monitoring of emissions and fuel economy without traditional combustion calibration devices. EC fans with Modbus controls
Electronically commutated (EC) fans with Modbus controls are available in axial and backward-curved radial configurations. The adoption of Modbus controls increases fan efficiency and significantly reduces power consumption in applications that require multiple networked fans. Each secondary fan can be programmed to come online separately and at variable speeds. The backward-curved EC fans are available in 10 sizes from 250 mm to 710 mm, producing airflow up to 9,300 cfm or static pressure up to 6.75 in. Thermal-imaging cameras
The i3, i5, and i7 represent FLIR’s next generation of point-and-shoot infrared cameras. The cameras offer a high-resolution 2.8-in. color LCD display, thermal accuracy of ±2 percent or 2°C, and a measurement range of -20°C to 250°C. Resolution on the i3 is 3,600 pixels. Multiple-building dashboard
A building-automation-system dashboard from Alerton enables end users to display data from an unlimited number of buildings to as many as 450 concurrent users using Building Suite 3 software. The multiple-building dashboard allows building owners to set up as many dashboards as they need to share information. It does not require any special hardware to set up.
