The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) recently announced the launch of NFPA Xchange, a free online community intended to allow users to connect, explore, share, and ask questions.

NFPA Xchange allows users to search or browse information on topics including fire protection systems, building and life safety, and emergency response. Content is submitted by community users, NFPA staff members, and subject-matter experts.

“NFPA invites the public to join this free community and share their expertise, discuss emerging issues in their industry, and identify the latest trends in their field,” Jim Pauley, president of the NFPA, said. “We hope NFPA Xchange will become an invaluable resource for all community users and that they participate and engage with each other and with us on a regular basis.”

The “Members Only” section of NFPA Xchange allows users to connect with technical-staff members and submit questions.
