Over the past couple of years, we have seen some positive signs of life from the commercial real estate market across many of its tenants. For building owners and operations, these improvements couldn’t have come soon enough, as the industry has been reeling since prices fell as much as 40 percent.

Will we see continued improvement in 2015? Peter Burley and David Lynn, two authors contributing to the Urban Land Institute’s The Investor’s Guide to Commercial Real Estate book, posted six predictions for the New Year on ULI’s website.
