It’s cold outside this week. REALLY cold. Even states in the south and west are experiencing temperatures that are colder than usual.

Across the country, we’ve seen schools close, pipes burst, health warnings and other signs that it is simply too damn cold to be outside. This is one time of year where building managers need to watch over their operations very closely, as inclement weather can have a terrible impact on structures and facilities that are not prepared.
