Dedicated Outside Air Systems
This new line of DOAS from York includes a range of 100% outside air units and mixed air units that provide users with more options and greater application flexibility. With heat-pump operation and water-source operation, as well as a hot water heat option, the new line of air systems delivers more combinations of heating and cooling than before. The systems also feature an internal energy recovery wheel that pre-conditions outside air, and reduces heating and cooling loads by transferring energy between the exhaust airstreams.
Pre-Assembled Stainless-Steel Manifolds
These manifolds from Infloor Heating are used to distribute heat-transfer fluid throughout a hydronic radiant heating system. They are equipped with flow meters, with preset cut-off valves set-up for electro-thermal actuator control, and with drain and air vent units. The ball valve and air vents are not attached, allowing for design freedom to tie into the manifold from the right or the left, or a combination of both. The temperature gauge is already included on the supply and return lines

Neuton Multiple-Zone-Controlled Chilled Beam Pump Module
This pump module from Semco is capable of controlling active chilled beams in up to five zones in commercial applications. It consists of onboard software, combination temperature/humidity monitoring sensors and thermostatically controlled hydronic valves.
Model Q7RF 16 SEER Packaged Heat Pump
This heat pump from Nortek is a 12 EER, 8.2 HSPF ultra-high energy-efficient, two-stage unit. It has an all-aluminum Micro-Channel evaporator and condenser coils for lighter weight and smaller size. In a Micro-Channel heat pump, the coil is rotated 90° so that the headers are on the top and bottom, not the sides.

Ready-Link Modular Manifold Kits
These kits from Navien are available in configurations of two, three and four units side-by-side, and two and four units back-to-back. The kits are designed to save contractors time on multi-unit NPE tankless water heater installations or same-day emergency replacements. The kits can be picked up at the company’s wholesale locations and can be mounted either on a wall or in the Ready-Link rack system to support up to 16 cascaded units on 30 different arrangements. Up to two kits can be combined as supplied to form a bank. To common vent the units, a common vent kit is required.
The Hitachi SmartFlex Variable Refrigerant Flow Gen II from Johnson Controls is the second generation of VRF HVAC equipment for the North American market. It offers many significant enhancements including a re-engineered outdoor unit line with an impressive operating range and a wider selection of single module sizes, as well as an indoor unit line that includes re-engineered ducted units with greater static pressure.
The line has an extended operating range with cooling down to an ambient outdoor temperature as low as -4° F with the low ambient kit and as high as 122° F. The heating operating range extends from an ambient outdoor temperature of -13° F to 59° F. For further flexibility, single modules are now available in 6-, 8-, 10-, 12-, 14- and 16-ton capacities.
