Viega Venturi Press Inserts

​Venturi press inserts help to maintain water quality by reducing stagnation to seldom-used fixtures in commercial plumbing systems. When water flows through the press inserts, flow velocity increases, resulting in a local low-pressure region. The low-pressure area at the outlet of the press insert induces flow through a remote loop, reducing stagnation with minimal overall pressure drop.
 Venturi inserts can be installed vertically or horizontally and on hot- or cold-water systems.
