For the second consecutive year, Aquatherm, the Lindon, Utah-based marketer and supporter of German-manufactured polypropylene-random (PP-R) pipe systems, appears on Forbes magazine’s annual list of America’s Most Promising Companies.
Aquatherm ranks No. 97 on the list of “100 privately held, high-growth companies with bright futures.” It is the only building-industry company.
In compiling the list, Forbes considered sales and hiring growth, quality of management and investors, margins, market size, and key partnerships.
In 2012, Aquatherm opened a new headquarters and warehouse in Lindon and expanded distribution partnerships with major wholesalers and manufacturer’s representatives nationwide. Already in 2013, the company has introduced two products: a PP-R-to-PEX transition for radiant jobs and a copper stubout for domestic-water installations.
“We’re excited and expect to continue growing—along with an industry we believe is on the upswing,” Aquatherm President and Chief Executive Officer Steve Clark said.
