Cleaver-Brooks Acquires Camus Hydronics

Cleaver-Brooks, provider of boiler-room solutions, announced it acquired Camus Hydronics, designer and manufacturer of condensing hydronic boilers and heaters.

Cleaver-Brooks Inc., Thomasville, Ga.-based provider of boiler-room products and systems, recently announced it acquired Camus Hydronics Ltd., Toronto-based designer and manufacturer of condensing hydronic boilers and heaters for commercial, institutional, large-residential, and light-industrial markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“Through this acquisition, Cleaver-Brooks further strengthens its position in the rapidly expanding condensing-hydronic-boiler market,” Bart Aitken, president and chief executive officer of Cleaver-Brooks, said. “Products manufactured by Camus Hydronics are regarded to be highly efficient and reliable. Its line of condensing hydronic products is complementary to ours, which will broaden our market appeal to better meet customer needs worldwide.”
