Kenley Kyle joined Trane in 2018 where his primary responsibilities are to implement strategies to grow the pipeline of Variable Refrigerant Flow business in the Western US. He has extensive experience consulting with mechanical engineering firms, architects, and building owners about how to optimize their energy consumption in buildings with modern HVAC systems.
Prior to joining Trane he worked over 15 years as a sales engineer with one of the largest HVAC distributors in the country. He holds a BS and MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Iowa. Kenley lives in Los Angeles, CA where he enjoys spending time with his wife and two school-aged children.
Scott Salvage is a product manager on the Sourced Product team for Trane. Scott is responsible for the Trane Compact Scroll Chillers, Trane Horizon DOAS units, Trane Heaters, and the relationship management of several strategic suppliers.
Scott began his Trane career in 1995 working in the residential sector of Ingersoll Rand. He has held various roles in manufacturing operations, product engineering, program management, business development, and sales before coming to Trane Commercial as a product manager. Prior to Trane, Scott worked in Baton Rouge as a consulting engineer for LeBlanc and Assaf Engineers.
Scott graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Scott continued his education at the University of Texas at Tyler with a Master’s degree in business administration.
Scott currently resides in Davidson, NC with his wife and children. Scott likes to spend time with his active sports family and his hobbies include, golf, soccer, cooking Louisiana cuisine, and entertaining friends.
