Jan. 7, 2014
Fujitsu's Mobile Technician app is intended to help contractors troubleshoot error codes, thermistors, and pressure sensors. It includes a built-in flashlight.

A mobile application designed to aid troubleshooting of all current Fujitsu residential and light-commercial air-conditioning- and heat-pump-system units is available for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad, with an Android version expected to be released in early 2014.

Requiring iOS 6.0 or later and optimized for iPhone 5, Fujitsu's Mobile Technician app is intended to help contractors troubleshoot error codes, thermistors, and pressure sensors. It includes a built-in flashlight.

Fujitsu's Mobile Technician app is said to provide most of the information the company's technical-support specialists provide.

Mobile Technician is available in 11 languages, with metric or U.S. measurements.
