ASHRAE Seeking Papers for 2013 Winter Conference

ASHRAE is accepting proposals for papers for its 2013 Winter Conference, to be held Jan. 26-30 in Dallas.

ASHRAE is accepting proposals for papers for its 2013 Winter Conference, to be held Jan. 26-30 in Dallas.

The conference’s technical program will consist of the following tracks: HVACR Systems and Equipment; HVACR Fundamentals and Applications; Standards, Guidelines and Codes; Energy Conservation; Refrigeration; Large Building Design; Facility Management: Operations, Technology and Energy Improvements; and Special Interest.

ASHRAE accepts two types of papers:

• Conference papers, which have an eight-single-spaced-page maximum length, are submitted as a PDF, and undergo a single-blind review. Abstracts of no more than 400 words are due by March 19. After acceptance, papers will be due by July 9.

• Full technical papers, which have a 30-double-spaced-page maximum length and undergo a rigorous double-blind review. Papers are due by April 16.
