USGBC Offering Free LEED Certification in New Markets

The LEED Earth campaign, which will end June 5, 2016, is open to all building types across the suite of LEED rating systems.

The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) is offering to refund standard certification review fees of up to $30,000 for the first projects certified under its LEED green-building program in 112 countries where LEED has yet to take root.

Dubbed “LEED Earth,” the three-year campaign, which will end June 5, 2016, is open to all building types across the suite of LEED rating systems.
