AERCO has signed an agreement to build a new corporate headquarters that will allow the company to best meet the growing demand for its boilers, hot water heaters, and other products and services. The facility will encompass 156,000 sq ft—more than twice the size of AERCO's existing headquarters—and will allow the company to consolidate all of its product development, manufacturing, sales, service, and operations to address the needs of the market.
AERCO is designing the new facility with an expanded, state-of-the-art research and development laboratory that will allow its engineers to continue to develop products. A larger manufacturing area will expedite production to satisfy growing product demand and help AERCO respond to customer needs. The company's manufacturing methods, product development, and quality-management programs will be enhanced in the new facility as well.
The new headquarters will be located at 100 Oritani Dr., Bradley Corporate Park, Blauvelt, N.Y., which is less than 10 miles from AERCO's existing Northvale facilities. Construction has begun and occupancy of the new facility will be complete by early March 2011.
