Fike Alarm Systems has announced the addition of an Integrated Voice Evacuation and Voice Messaging System to their complete line of fire-alarm solutions. Voice messaging can be a safer means of communicating with occupants in an emergency situation, and Fike has taken the technology to a new level with this fully-digital, modular fire alarm system.

Fike's Underwriters Laboratories-listed messaging system includes features such as integrated backup amplifiers for built-in redundancy, almost unlimited messaging capability, and multiple levels of fault protection. The system offers flexibility to fit any application, from single, dual, and multi-channel operation to large distributed systems.

Additionally, the messaging system was built around the CyberCat fire-alarm panel technology. The combination of fire detection and voice messaging simplifies operation, installation, and programming of the system.
