Turbine Flow Sensor

Low-friction, long-life bearings enable these chilled-water-turbine flow sensors to handle a wide range of flow rates.

The Series TBS insertion turbine flow sensor is well-suited for chilled-water monitoring and can be integrated into building automation systems. The sensor comes in brass or stainless steel. A hot-tap model is available. The TBS has a variety of available fittings to fit pipe sizes 3-in to 40-in. Ruby bearings provide a low coefficient of friction and long life. The low-friction bearings also allow the Series TBS to handle a wide range of flow rates. Additional options for this meter include adapter fittings and valve assemblies. —Dwyer Instruments
