Enhanced Building-Automation System

This version of i-Vu allows customers to keep their existing CCN investment while expanding their control system with  Carrier’s  i-Vu Open (BACnet) controls now or in the future.
Dec. 4, 2013

The latest release of the i-Vu Web-based BACnet building-automation system offers full support for both Carrier Comfort Network (CCN) and Carrier i-Vu Open (BACnet) systems. This version of i-Vu allows customers to keep their existing CCN investment while expanding their control system with  Carrier’s  i-Vu Open (BACnet) controls now or in the future. When combined with the CCN or BACnet system, i-VU enables customers to manage their entire Carrier control system through a single i-Vu user interface. This allows them to connect seamlessly to Carrier equipment that has factory-integrated BACnet or CCN controls; view and control their building from anywhere in the world using a standard Web browser on desktops and tablets; graphically configure and view schedules, set points, trends, alarms, and reports; and integrate and control other systems in the building using all major protocols. —Carrier
