Soler & Palau Purchases RenewAire

Soler & Palau, a worldwide ventilation products manufacturer, has announced the acquisition of the assets of RenewAire LLC, one of North America's manufacturers of energy-recovery-ventilation (ERV) equipment for buildings. With this purchase, Soler & Palau has strengthened its manufacturing and sales base in North America and will be able to offer a range of high-efficiency building ventilation products for residential, commercial, and institutional applications. RenewAire will continue to operate as an independent company with manufacturing and sales offices in Madison, Wis. The RenewAire management team also continues as minority partners in the entity operating the RenewAire business.
