This month’s product focus highlights chillers: a centrifugal chiller with variable-speed drive and smart controls; a line of channel plate heat exchangers for water chillers and heat pumps; a model that combines the strengths of variable refrigerant flow and traditional chiller systems; a water-cooled centrifugal chiller for space-limited commercial building retrofits; and a portable chiller that cools more than 2,100 sq. ft.
Kelly L. Faloon is a contributing editor and writer to HPAC Engineering, Contractor, and Contracting Business magazine. The former editor of Plumbing & Mechanical magazine, Faloon has more than 20 years experience in the plumbing and heating industry. Previously, she spent nearly 10 years at CCH/Wolters Kluwer, a publishing firm specializing in business and tax law, where she wore many hats — proofreader, writer/editor for a daily tax publication, and Internal Revenue Code editor.
