Cleaver-Brooks Acquires Two Boiler Companies

Holman provides integrated commercial and industrial boiler solutions. APS repairs and maintains industrial and commercial boilers and sells and rents boilers.

Cleaver-Brooks, Thomasville, Ga.-based provider of boiler-room products and systems, recently announced the acquisition of two Texas-based boiler sales and service companies: Holman Boiler Works Inc. and Affiliated Power Services (APS).

Holman designs and delivers a full range of integrated boiler solutions for commercial and industrial markets. Headquartered in Dallas, it operates 12 regional offices in six states.

APS, which has offices in Dallas, Houston, and Corpus Christi, Texas, and its affiliates focus on the repair and maintenance of industrial and commercial boilers and marine vessels. Also, they sell and rent boilers to power, refining, and petrochemical companies, as well as operators of large hotels, hospitals, food-processing plants, and other commercial facilities, throughout the southwestern United States.
