    Affiliated Power Services and Holman Boiler Works to Merge

    Cleaver-Brooks Sales and Service will service any type and size of boiler from any manufacturer.

    Texas-based boiler companies Affiliated Power Services and Holman Boiler Works, acquired this year by Cleaver-Brooks, recently announced their business operations will merge and operate under the name of Cleaver-Brooks Sales and Service Inc. effective Dec. 1.

    Operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of Cleaver-Brooks, Cleaver-Brooks Sales and Service will service any type and size of boiler from any manufacturer. John Marrinucci, president and chief executive officer of Holman Boiler Works, will serve as its president.

    Cleaver-Brooks purchased Holman Boiler Works in March and Affiliated Power Services in July.
