The latest release of Enterprise Buildings Integrator (EBI), EBI R500, features 200-percent-greater data-point capacity, which helps to increase overall building connectivity and, with fewer EBI servers required, reduce information-technology (IT) costs; compatibility with the latest Microsoft Windows operating system and Windows Server 2012 for up-to-date IT compliance and security; and a new mobile application that provides push notifications of possible building-system and equipment issues to smartphones and tablet devices and allows remote access to and management of building systems and data.
