National Institute of Building Sciences Sets Cybersecurity Workshops

The courses are Introduction to Cybersecuring Building Control Systems, Advanced Cybersecuring Building Control Systems, and Cybersecuring DoD Control Systems.

The National Institute of Building Sciences is sponsoring one-day introductory and advanced cybersecurity workshops to help owners, facility managers, maintenance engineers, physical-security specialists, information-assurance professionals, architects, engineers, and contractors learn best-practice techniques for better protecting their buildings.

All of the workshops will be held at the Institute's headquarters in Washington, D.C., and be taught by Michael Chipley of The PMC Group LLC.

The schedule is as follows:

All of the workshops will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Registration is $600 per person and includes lunch. Seating is limited to 20 students per day.
