The 11th book in the Datacom Series of publications from ASHRAE Technical Committee (TC) 9.9, Mission Critical Facilities, Data Centers, Technology Spaces and Electronic Equipment, “PUE™: A Comprehensive Examination of the Metric” provides “unbiased, vendor-neutral data in an understandable and actionable way,” Don Beaty, publication subcommittee chair of TC 9.9, said.

The book includes detailed information on procedures for calculating, reporting, and analyzing PUE measurements, plus quick references to other resources.

The cost of “PUE: A Comprehensive Examination of the Metric” is $50 for ASHRAE members and $59 for non-members. Copies can be ordered by phone at 800-527-4723 (United States and Canada) or 404-636-8400, by fax at 678-539-2129, or online at http://bit.ly/ASHRAE_PUE.
