Tankless water heater manufacturer Rinnai America Corp. announced it has hired Daniel Zrubak as its general manager for Rinnai Canada and will join the executive leadership team for Rinnai America Corporation. Zrubak’s wealth of experience in business management and customer service helps position Rinnai Canada for continued growth and success in the heating and water heating industries.

Zrubak has more than 25 years of experience building and fostering collaborative relationships. Most recently, he was vice president Canada, DeLonghi Canada, part of the North American leadership team and was responsible for the Canadian business. In that position, he revitalized internal and external customer relationships, built foundational programs focused on strengthening distribution channels, and launched successful sales and marketing programs.
