Elise Kiland, PE, is the current chair of the YEA Committee, and the leader of the Building Engineering team at Cambio, a technology company accelerating commercial real estate decarbonization through AI-powered energy retrofit analysis. Prior to her role at Cambio, Elise spent over a decade as a design-build contractor in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is also a member of the HPAC Engineering Editorial Advisory Board.
Liz Jedrlinic is the incoming chair for the YEA committee and the incoming chair of ASHRAE Technical Committee 2.5, on global climate change. She is a manager in the Trane New York City office, primarily focused on developing and training sales professionals early in their careers at Trane.
Drew Samuels is a principal with Resource Innovations, based in Missoula, Montana. He has over 15 years of experience designing and implementing commercial energy efficiency programs for utilities. He is the incoming vice chair of the Young Engineers in ASHRAE Committee.
