RectorSeal Acquires Falcon Stainless

The move will help the Texas-based manufacturer to expand both its plumbing and HVAC offerings.


Houston, TX – RectorSeal®, Houston, a leading manufacturer of quality HVAC/R and plumbing tools and accessories, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of CSW Industrials, Inc. [NASDAQ: CSWI], has announced the addition of Falcon Stainless, Inc.

Based in Temecula, CA, Falcon provides high-quality, full port, corrugated stainless steel, and flexible water and gas connectors that are used extensively in the plumbing and HVAC/R markets. It was the first company to introduce corrugated stainless steel water and gas connections to the professional trades in the U.S. Falcon places a high value on delivering outstanding customer service.
