Nationwide Boiler Begins Leadership Transition

Effective Aug. 1, Jim Lieskovan is now the California-based manufacturer's new President succeeding Larry Day, who stays on as CEO.

Fremont CA, August 7, 2026 -- Nationwide Boiler Inc., supplier of industrial rental boilers, new and used in-stock package  boilers, emissions control equipment and custom PLC control systems, is pleased to announce a planned leadership transition designed to ensure continuity and long-term stability.

Effective this month, current VP of Sales, Jim Lieskovan, was appointed President, succeeding Larry Day, who will continue in his role as CEO through his retirement in January 2027. 

Serving as President and CEO since 2016, Day has played a key role in guiding Nationwide Boiler’s growth, strengthening its market position, and advancing its capabilities across its rental, sales, and emissions control businesses. As CEO, he will continue to provide strategic leadership and oversight during the transition period.

Lieskovan brings extensive industry and leadership experience to his new role as President. Throughout his tenure with Nationwide Boiler, Lieskovan has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth. As President, he will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and work closely with the leadership team to continue driving innovation and delivering value to customers and partners.

Upon Day's retirement, Lieskovan will take on the full responsibility as CEO, as well. For his part, Day will continue to serve on Nationwide's Board of Directors.
